Hello everyone,My business partner and I spent 10 years building an internet marketing firm that now, *knock on wood*, runs a bit like a well-oiled machine.

The NC chapter pertaining to contracting is NCGS Chapter 87, and it covers HVAC & plumbing (Article 2), electrical (Article 4), etc.

From all the articles, blog posts and the podcasts.  

Hopefully just on the internet and not in your real life because that's even worse.

I'm curious to hear opinions on this article.

Thus far, we're doing great on marketing and finding good deals, but I'd like to test out the wholesaling sales funnel (always want to try every avenue I can).Everyone keeps telling me to sign up for wholesale lists, but, internet searches turn up a ton of shady people simply looking to grab your email and people without deals even remotely close to what I'm looking for (50 miles away, etc.).I strictly invest in Katy.

While the internet is not a particularly accurate source of information, it would at least get you started on what you don't know.
