I do have 5 year team of a web developer/DBA,designer, and an assitant with my current business and trying figure out how to leverage this team to my new real estate business.

Both the web page and the order indicated the item was in stock.

I've bought a lien in Palm Beach county OTC on a home that was in bank foreclosure.

Neither were accepted but their is proof that those companies are acquiring bulk packages throughout the web

I got my domain name, payed for web hosting and now I just need to buy/install a real estate theme.

Or a PFS I can fill out and convert to a PDF, I dont even mind printing it out to sign, but I'd rather not.I have found many that I can fill out thru my web browser and save, but I'm not comfortable with that for obvious reasons.Thanks

I can't recall if I got that from him, from another BP'er, or somewhere out there on the web.

Had my PMs contracting company done any work in the past that was of this magnitude, this would not be an issue for me to find a company to do this work.Gov county/city web sites, when they are put together with useful information, are a great source and I've used them more than once for several things.

I have used the Buildium web application to manage my rental properties (25 units) for about 3 years.
