I think there are still a couple surprises coming, but redos.Dems will spend the billions from Soros and unions to attack and play race card where effective.Reps- will come out with a "contract with America" document to stand behind much like with Newt.Time will tell which will work.

Doing so gives the borrower legal standing to force the sale of the note as a means to pay the debt, sometimes a discount is accepted, if not, it may require the par value be paid, but really, a discount is better than foreclosure, sale, holding the property, listing it for sale and on and on....Foreclosures have been streamlined like a Model T assembly line now with all of the activity, many in the process are nothing more than clerks with limited banking experience, so what they know is what they have been told to do.

It just goes to show you that you never know who you are doing business with.Patrick: Thanks for the email and I did reply back to you.Wendhel: Good information in helping fellow BP members avoid a bad business decision.To me it is an added plus that any note lead site be developed by actual note investors and know the note business since that was the case in the tenant leads site i had worked with.They need to stand by their product and this Note lead site evidently does NOT do that..

Any good company will stand behind a GOOD agent, been there, done that.And yes, not all policies have 80%, I kept myself from writing a couple paragraphs by saying generally, but just trying to expalin the 80% and the co-insurance basis.As an independent adjuster, I'm sure Tim has seen a wider variation of policies than I have, not all policies are the same.
