I am from the east coast with my current home going on the market within a few weeks and even though I know that one can do REI from a long distance - as a hands-on person, that approach doesn't appeal to me.

I recently hired a killer PM and finally feel like I can start growing east.  

I've traveled throughout Asia and it's becoming the norm out there..

I'd like to start an intelligent and informative discussion on our predictions for the Bay Area (South-Bay, SF, East-Bay and Peninsula) in 2017. 

Camden has its rough spots and it also has its good spots east Camden and carmer hill are gold mines in Camden  you can find great deals ..

I'm located in Texas and never been to the East Costs, but I would suggests setting up your keyword alerts for the areas your interested in.  

I invest in the East Bay in Oakland and Richmond, and have some other furnished rentals in Silicon Valley.

If you make sure it has 4+ bedrooms then you can achieve great cash flow and use that income to fund the rehab.As for neighborhoods in that price range, you'll probably have the best luck on the east side of town but that isn't to say you won't find what you're looking for in other parts of town.

What would you grade the east part of Stallis?

Can anyone recommend a Tampa, clearwater, St Petersburg, or East Florida Agent that works specifically with investors?
