My RV park seller failed to disclose upfront the both the septic and well were undersized and not certified, only 34 of the 50 spaces were tied into the electrical and he 'forgot' that the septic upgrade would be an additional $60k!

We received a certified letter for the $500/day penalty, but they dropped it when we changed our minimum to 30 days.

To get that certification you will have to pay for a certified lead inspector do testing of the unit (which may cost anywhere from $190 to $300 a unit).After you have all documents, licenses and certificates done and ready you can sign a lease and be a happy landlord.

Is it certified lead free, is there mold, etc.
