Hey Guys anyone know some good inspectors in the Gainesville Fl area? Looking to get a fourplex inspected as soon as possible.

If you want fast and affordable, my top recommendation is Roscoe Parsley owner of Parsley Home Inspections. You can usually get him booked within 2 to 4 business days.

If you're willing to wait 7 to 14 days for availability and pay a little more,-Don Gocek with Santa Fe Inspections if you poled all of the local Realtors I estimate at least 50% would say he is the best of the best.
