Are there any investor active in the North West to North Central area of San Antonio?

I am super green and trying to get started up north so I can't answer too many questions, but thought I would toss in this info!  

@Kent Hall I am in Korea and have been looking at Dayton as well.  

The more affluent area is North Garland.

Recently purchased a 1/4 acre lot in north Phx that has a single fam house 🏡 on it that I’m fixing up - haven’t made my final decision on my end-game yet.

I like to invest in my local area which is north of Atlanta OTP.

I took my chances and moved to North Carolina and started up a construction company.

Right north of Downtown, relatively around Marquette University, is an area that I like a lot.   

@Joe Splitrock  depends on the area and the customs..I remember my first venture into a new subdivision in Charlotte and was staggered that you had all these new houses with driveways leading up to the front of the house but NO garage  LOL.and I Charleston were we are building parking is defiantly has value.. some lots that you can only park on are worth north of 100k for a small couple thousand sq ft.
