That would give you a huge return but it won't work because short-term renters will never rent your property because 1) it will be in a wrong location and 2) the quality of the property will be too low.

Not because you did something wrong but because it looks bad in equities if you take a property from someone and then carry it subject to.

I'm more into this for spending money later but I also don't see anything wrong with taking out profits if it fits your lifestyle, it just may slow down growth which isn't where I am at at the moment.  

I'll admit I was really wrong.
