Areas I am extremely interested in are Sevierville/Gatlinburg region, but also know the Gulf Shores/Destin region very well too (I was stationed there before during flight school).

I will be stationed in VA and the house will be in PA so about four hours away.

Most of them think they are unique but I've rented and sold to more people from those four states than all others combined, including locals.
