Hello, 

Our company has over 15 years of Real Estate experience, in the area.

We presently operate 82 units in the BCS/Houston-Metro region. Everything to-date has been purchased internally, however, our current deal-flow is exceeding our capital. 

We have the opportunity to go after a 56-unit complex with solid, known property management in place. 

Any advice, tips, or recommendations you guys can offer us for getting out in front of as many quality investors as we can is appreciated!
