What is your suggestion about starting a real estate team successfully?

I haven’t found success wholesaling to strangers.

I’ve had success telling my tenants that I’m the owner.

There will always be some sort of next of kin out there somewhere in the line of succession.

I have been attending meet ups, webinars, listening to bigger pockets podcasts and meeting with successful real estate investors and landlords to gain as much knowledge and insight as possible.

I tried contacting the current LLC but have had no success.
