Podcast “fire round” suggestion.

I listened to Episode259 with Mike Anderson, I really enjoyed his “no-nonsense” approach to real estate, but I have been wanting more from the podcast and with this guy’s knowledge in particular. I would like to hear everyone’s mistakes, flops, failures. What they learned and how they prevent them from happening again. Sometimes the guests seem to giving their resume or a bit braggadocious with their success. Failures are a learning experience and I want to hear what they learned. Thank you so much for providing info to everyone that needs it. Jeremiah
