Beginner Real Estate Investor

Hello,

I have always been interested in the real estate investing career. I am currently in property management and want to dip my toes into real estate investing and begin my journey towards financial freedom. I am a go getter and doer.  I am young and want to start young although I lack the knowledge and experience. I have been attending meet ups, webinars, listening to bigger pockets podcasts and meeting with successful real estate investors and landlords to gain as much knowledge and insight as possible. I am ready to start out and am looking for a real estate agent that knows the area of Boston and north of Boston. Does anyone have suggestions on who to reach out to and talk with to get started? I have some very good ideas but need guidance on what to do next.
