It is easy enough to see what your allocation to stock and bonds are, but what about real estate.  

Additionally, certain towns allow you to get special variances to allow deviations from a property's zoning.

She, however, does not have any special background in the subtleties of Real Estate tax, and I think I have come to a point where I have outgrown her.

It seems they don't have any disclosure and some special T & Cs.

That sounds like a fantastic deal for them with doing very little work and not such a great deal for us specially when we have a group of 100 plus private money lenders who would be happy to lend to us at 8-10%.

I was able to produce emails, text messages, signed agreements, and I had an experienced attorney who specializes in real estate contracts.I've been this route before so I understand the process and the system.

And special assessments are always a risk, whether the fee is low or not.

There are 20+ CPAs and accountants on this site that specialize in real estate taxation.
