My name is Joe McGranaghan.I'm a senior software engineer is the ecommerce space today. Also a single father of an eight year old girl.I always though 'when I got rich', I would get into real estate lol.I'm almost 40 now and realized the flaw in my plans ...So I've been reading and studying real estate for 3 months now, just devouring everything I can and taking notes, learning more.Went through various emotional stages, anger that I hadn't done this before, excitement, overwhelmed by everything I was learning, and now some clarity. So, this is my current plan to enter:Start with wholesaling.

That being said I have some (a lot) of question and the mentors I have in this business are for a lack of better terms (old school) they have managed many units throughout their lives, but they don't use any type of software and they have all managed the business themselfs.

Seed I don't know most of the answers of your question.. however having been raised in Cupertino I have been in a few incubators.. and they look pretty much like you would see on TVthe one that realtyshares started in was in one of the TISCH buildings in Mtn View CA... it was one floor of a 10 story office building it had secure elevator access.when you popped out the central area of the floor was eating area.. of course you have to have a ping pong table.. and some other cool stuff kids like.. then if you can think of all the little incubators along the walls all the way around the floor all 4 sides.. and then some out in a bull pen type arrangements.. it was fun.. kids working on all sortys fo different apps software and things..
