And then there is oil.

For example "No cooking grease, oil, animal meat bones, pasta, rice, any other substance down the garbage disposals except apple and carrot peels and liquids with no solid matter such as juice and soda" and "no vaping and smoking of any tobacco product, marijuana or any substance" on the property, including the backyard"  

It’s a big expense to me this year but after this year I will make a much bigger cash flow off of the building without having to pay for the heating oil.

We are owed approximately $2,300.00 in back rent and heating oil bills. 

If the dollar is in less demand around the world for transactions regarding oil etc there will be a lot larger supply of dollars here.

The owner isn't able to provide docs to show that there is no oil tank.My understanding is that newer houses/duplexes won't have any oil tank, but is the $300 sweep worth the peace of mind?

You can also change oil in your car and cut your own hair, as long as you know what you're doing.
