Hoas that include utilities, front door men, and extravagant facilities/pools/excercise rooms are the last thing owner landlords want, as it just greatly drives the cost of the HOA up, Cali and Florida seem to set the standard for amazingly high HOA cost and extravagant features provided by the HOA
