I'm selling a piece of land to an acquaintance and need to create a mortgage/note.

Most folks with higher end homes in todays market will be very reluctant to sell sub too as they are too sophisticated or will consult and an attorney and simply wont take the risk of letting someone take over their mortgage without formerly removing their liability.. might be  able talk some into do a Warp though if they want to make money on the delta like we do..

Assuming you don’t end up ever having to update it will be an issue when you go to sell the property.

It take hours to put that stuff up, and had to be a while getting it down.Just my 2 cents. agreed. probably happy to sell it back to the owners too!
