Even if you got a HELOC off your primary I'd only look for BRRR investments that way you're paying that credit back quickly.    

That enabled them to dispose of an abandoned, non-operational vehicle more quickly, vs. other tow companies that would have to store it for some time period in case the owner claimed it.  

How they are growing so quickly?

Quick question for ya, I have a wholesale deal that is in the works.

I intend on doing a 1031 exchange on the property and would like to move it while the market and rates are good and it will sell somewhat quick (Hawaii).
