Essentially, people could donate money and get tax deductions and then that money could be pooled to buy property, fix it, rent it and pay a manager.I’m assuming it would be similar to a self invested Ira.

At this point, I would recommend having a line of credit to cover these things so you don't have money sitting in the bank doing nothing when it could be put to work.I have 33 units, no debt except for mortgages, and excellent income.

I'll probably just end up paying the goofball so I dont have to deal with him, its only a couple grand, but its still really annoying and a simple phone call or text would have prevented this.
