I don't know why any HOA would allow rentals if Investors are not prepared to respect the rights of home owners and their HOA.

Then take time and really narrow down on a focus area and take serious action.

Hey guys I am in the education phase ready to step into the action phase.

Not only that, telling other people about your goals is a great accountability tool because if you don't take the action necessary to achieve them its much harder to hide!

I am prepared to get this done as soon as possibles.

I can’t think of any better way for young people with limited resources to prepare for their future so early on in life with so little cash out-of-pocket.

Your best bet right now it to stop researching and start taking a few actions to get yourself surrounded by smart mentors or experienced investors who are willing to be a sounding board as you get started.  

We had to threaten legal action and fortunately got the money back minus legal fees. 

So just wondering how others operate with type-A personalities, and A.D.D. like me, but successfully pay off their debts AND save at the same time to get back to $0 to then move forward and take action by investing.
