Hello From Louisville

BP newbie here....just wanted to introduce myself. I am located in Louisville, Kentucky. I am currently in the "education" phase of REI and am reading everything I can get my hands on. My short term goal is to purchase my first duplex or 4 plex this year or early next year to hold and rent for the long term. I live in the J-town area but am very familiar with the city. I am not particularly interested in the west end, but do like the Germantown / Old Louisville area. I am also about one month away from obtaining my Ky real estate license.
