I have seen first hand the power of BP networking through locally organized BP meetups...truly a great site and positive atmosphere for like-minded folks.

Also consider the town of Philadelphia as they have their own municipal power company instead of National Greed, makes heat dramatically cheaper for tenants, and Indian River Middle and High School is right outside town. 

California has laws that make it so expensive to build new jails and unions are so powerful you can't staff them, that I don't know what will happen. 

And in general, people here (and this post) ascribes too much in the way of magical powers to an LLC.If Kate is the sole operator of an LLC, and the fact that decisions are being made by her alone and work done by her is provable, that LLC will be very easy to penetrate.
