To me the prices are much higher than what it standard around orlando   Or at least what I pay LVP should be around $4,000 including 1/4 round Interior paint should be less than $2,000HVAC repair is about $1,000 less than a while new package unit  But Maybe they are doing new ducts as well?

I'm going to need 10 kitchen packages (not sure if I'm adding dishwashers yet) 10 mini-split AC/Heating units and 9 Hot water heaters although I would like to do the tankless water heaters if I can get a good price since each side is only about 688 square feet.
