5 Duplexes Under Contract

Greetings all! Im a new investor but not new to real estate, I have 5 duplexes under contract in Georgia north of the metro Atlanta area. Not only is this my 1st acquisition to create rental cash flow but its also a major rehab, 1 unit is 70% finished,  2 are already gutted to the studs, 1 is fire damaged and the last one needs to be gutted. I'm wondering if anyone can point me toward where I can buy appliances in bulk? I'm going to need 10 kitchen packages (not sure if I'm adding dishwashers yet) 10 mini-split AC/Heating units and 9 Hot water heaters although I would like to do the tankless water heaters if I can get a good price since each side is only about 688 square feet. I appreciate any and all suggestions!
