The only reason why im going for it just to make my parents proud but my question is should i still finish school or should i save all that money towards my next deal?

I am in Rock Hill so prefer SC markets Indian land growth is crazy, Fort mill SC another incredible growth area, Clover SC all because of the schools in those three areas.

Also, don't think that people buying the property won't ask you for a price adjustment given that the high ticket items are so old.

I am in Harris County Texas, more specifically the city of Katy,TX where public works, school districts and such are part of the tax bill PLUS additional fraction of a percent directly to the city.The appraisal district has a particular portfolio of properties all assessed at significantly lower than what like property potentially would be valued at.

LOL Just kidding.....but we are going to have to seperate those two.....if not, it looks like the fit is gonna hit the shan and someone's gonna have to stay after school for detention!!

I would either work on my credit score to get approved for loans, or consider going back to school so I can both get a better job and use the extra loan money to buy and rehab real estate.

I was using an old Lexmark for the longest time, pretty good printer but all good things come to an end!

Now even if you already know that (as an example) she is going to go to specialized training and the only place the AF teaches that school is Chesapeake Virginia so that's where you know she will be stationed then keep in mind....that is where the SCHOOL is....not where she will be "stationed".
