Now I am diving In mind first.

I have found most are willing to work out some sort of deal, after all we are all just business minded individuals playing in the real estate space.

I am newbie here who has heard real estate is a great way to build long term wealth.I would like to get started but with a bad credit  history I find it extremely diffcult.Still the financial longevity well not only be statisfying but the peace as of mind will put me at ease.

Keep in mind that there might be a lot of competition with those, but if you get in good with the asset managers, they might hook you up.

If anyone has had a positive experience and doesn't mind sharing, I would appreciate it. 

Im not necessarily set on a partnership but I am keeping an open mind about it and talking with people every opportunity I get.I am a college student as well so that limits my time a bit more and also my ability to work crazy hours hours to make money quickly.

The idea of remotely managing a property from across the country for my first investment makes my stomach turn but that is something that I will definitely have to keep in mind moving forward as I become more seasoned and experienced.

Keep in mind you must have equitable ownership to operate in this manner in Florida.

I do love getting paid online, but I'm flexible as long as I get paid.  :-)

That particularly house of mine doesn't cash flow well because I have it on a 15 year loan, but the equity is building incredible fast, so I don't mind. it would cash flow quite nicely if I refi'd to a 30, but I'd rather get it paid off sooner.
