[Ethan Johnson]

My name is Ethan Johnson. I am new to the Portland area. Recently I have been listening to the biggerpockets podcast and have become very interested in real estate investing. Multifamily buy and hold properties seem to be what I have my eyes on currently. I have not done any deals yet but plan on following through with that. im currently learning as much as I can about all aspects before i go ahead and pull the trigger. So far I have raised some capital and will continue to do so until i find the right opportunity.
