Problems that occur are usually problems of notification and/or incorrect notification such as IRS, or active duty military who have an ownership interest.

I'm currently in the military but will be retiring in a couple of years. 

I live in a military town of about 100,000 ppl and I am finding it a lil difficult to wholesale.

I am thinking of moving out but when I started the process 6 months ago (there was this big challenge with me getting out of the military and working for family) it was not my intent to move out a short after the purchase.

I do not know how the market is in your area of TX, but from what I read, it is is pretty good and you should be able to find a few good wholesale deals if you can scare up $2-5K to do a few yellow letter campaigns or other advertising.While 6 months is not as long as  most military deployments, it is still time away from your family.  

Somebody once told me in the military that if the public perceived it as being a problem - it was a sure-fired problem that needed to be dealt with.
