I'm not greedy nor altruistic, I'm just like most who want a better life for their loved ones. 

My question is where would you go from here at this stage in my life?

The sit is very active, informative, and real life connections.

All of this progress within a week shows I'm serious and ambitious it's gotten to the point I constantly visializing my self living being where I want to be in life.

First, sorry for this experience @Nayeem Khan, no property is worth the loss of life. 

Kitchen is a place that must have all the necessary equipments that makes your day to day life easy.

I ventured into other avenues in life and am now back looking to become a first time property owner looking for a residual income as a result.  

These people know the ins and outs of the landlord tenant laws and can make your life hell. 

I looked at a few properties in the past to do this and although they were okay deals the insurnace on the mortgage tended to really be a factor I didn't want to be stuck with for the life of the loan. 

In real life, it becomes a gut-check, educated guess situation.
