Right now it’s just the university and medical companies as far as opportunity unless you want to include crane. 

I am looking for medical office space in the city of Sonoma approx 1000 sqft preferably near the established medical areas (hospital, etc) in Sonoma if anyone knows of a place for sale?  

And our credit isn't very good, we've raised it about 80 points in 6 months, but it's still only about 610 right now our debt is around 12k, thats including our car, one 3k medical bill, and some credit card balances. 

That was actually one of the things we discussed - the nursing home scenario and how to structure it so our equity didn't get eaten up by their medical costs.Maybe we're better off having me build and more or less lease to them.
