I realize many here don't live as close to your buildings as I do, mine are all within 5 miles, but for those of you who don't live far from your properties, how often do you drive by?

I know with mine, believe it would've shown different addresses over the years because I moved many times...the court will be able to find them even if they no longer live in a previous address?

Personally I want anyone 18 or over living in the house on the lease and full credit and background check on them. 

I own student rentals so the original “co-living” and STRs.

If one had enough income to cover all their debt payments outside of rental income then reserves would not be as necessary as someone who relies on rental income to live on.

Here's scenario:In my early 50's married with 2 kids, good income, live in San Diego, CA.

I live in Jackson, MS, but I am open to travel and invest wherever.
