Not sure where your fear of the deal going south stems from, hopefully I can address some of your concerns to ease the anxiety you may be feeling. 1.

There are so many decisions that have to be made e.g. cabinets, paint colors, lighting, fixtures, tile, shingles, etc.

If you haven't already, listen to the BP podcast with Dave Van Horn, also the book Performance Anxiety by Gordon Moss  and another recent e book by Sherman Arnowitz the art of investing in distressed properties should provide you with a good starting point of education, it definitely won't be an ending point though.Good luck, keep us updated.

Try to put yourself in their shoes, while you are looking for loopholes, they will also look for ways to prove you wrong, and since they deal with these everyday, I suggest that you don't take it lightly and hire a professional.

Shot taxi times.. when you land the high speed turn off from the runway puts you right at the gate in a matter of 60 yo 90 seconds.. same when you light the fires.. you taxi 1 to 3 mintues and your at the departure end of the runway and never more than number 3 for take off..
