I'm new to real estate investing. I have a simple question. Are there any other options besides loop net... That does not charge as much money?

There is I believe Exceligent and a few others. Yes LoopNet isn't cheap. Ever since they merged with Costar the rates went way up.

If you are a direct buyer then the commercial real estate brokers have access to the deals. You have to show your financials. I have my buyers fill out a PFS and go on a phone call etc.

If you are wholesaling then simply do not expect a return call. Too many qualified buyers who can perform in the marketplace to buy great properties.
