I don’t have any fancy pdf for you but here’s a short list:- Look under all sinks for leaks- Look in every corner (ceilings and floors) for any sign of water damage or cracking- Look at the water heater, HVAC, AC, etc…- Pull out floor vents if you want to see what kind of floors are under the carpets.- Look in the crawl space and attic if you can (always have a pocket flashlight on you)The more you can find out on the first visit, the better off you’ll be.

From what I understand, the mold has taken over a wall in the living room, which says to me there's a leak in the bathroom pipes on the other side of that wall.

We manage our business from an iPhone most of the time.

It seemed very strange because I did a test with a pressure gauge and there was no plumbing leak, and the ground is very, very frozen outside so it shouldn't be seepage from outside.

I was remodeling an attached garage turning it into a finished bedroom for the homeowner and their 8 yr old roof had a leak that stopped the project in it's tracks.

Just last week a 4/2 came on the market here that the yard was a construction type junk yard, didn’t appear to have vehicles where you’d have to worry about oil and fuel leaks and the house was kind of a hoarder situation but just old furniture and building stuff not like pet waste and terribly disgusting stuff.

Just get a decent iPhone and do it yourself from your phone.

Slab leaks are expensive. 

It's funny that the only time the basement leaks was when it rains. 

Our suspicion is that 1 guest is signing in, and then somehow "sharing" the wifi via their Iphone to other guests, allowing them to circumvent the email entry process to gain access to wifi.
