The actual interaction is not what I'm concerned about just important questions and information I should want from seller.

Step 1 for me was to gain specialized knowledge, so I joined a coaching program, participated in master mind and bootcamp type events and started to interact with people that were operating at a higher level than myself.Step 2- I asked others that I wanted to be like (people that owned portfolios, accredited investors, etc.) how I could bring them value.  

Good examples of brokerages that offer low cost Margin Loans are Interactive Brokers and M1 Finance. 

The biggest thing is getting out there and interacting.

So I've gotten to know a lot of them and interact with them regularly, both in prison and once they get out of prison.I think ruling anyone out just because they have a felony is crazy.
