I am looking to connect with anyone on BP who went to the Boston REIA last night in Dedham "How to Make a Staggering Income Flipping Pre-Foreclosures!"  I have only been to a few of these, but would love to find out if this is how the usually operate.

Thanks!

Matt

Thanks for the kind words, @Francisco Feliz.

Black Diamond never has selling speakers, we expressly exclude them in our philosophy of our meetings (url in my signature.)  All are welcome, our next meeting is January 19 in Waltham.  Topic is "Dealing with Contractors", admission is free.  You'll typically see about 80-100 people.
