As an aspiring real estate investor this gives my a lot of inspiration.

A recent example: A landlord friend just move a family of 5 into a sizable home; parents are paying the rent as it were, but he ran all 3 adult children through the process as well and put them on the lease.RE the lease language around "Vacating" (e.g. death) - talk to a real estate attorney in your neck of the woods. 

Inspired by biggerpockets, I bought my first property from bank foreclosure.

By Florida law everything passes to his children.

@Rebecca Knox not running one myself but served on a board for a period of time that focused on housing for special needs adults and children.

They are presently providing foster care and are losing 2 of the 3 children they are caring for. 

I only need to live how I want today, and to die with enough to give my children a financial legacy.
