If I could write a lyric, I might be a rock star.

I'd put in 15k or so plus six months of sweat, blood, whatever it took to restore some rock solid mid century beauty.

I can refer a great sales agent if you need a rock star agent.

Currently researching Little Rock as an OOS investment location for me.

Also, just to tell you guys, i am learning to install hard wood floors and carpets and sheet rocks and other skills that will appreciate  houwr value.

We've never come close to $1 in our area (White Rock, Richardson, etc).

PVC is pretty bulletproof on wastewater but can get brittle and crack near joints or threads, rocks can poke holes in it in the ground. 

@Brad Dubis all of my house hacks in Colorado Springs are xeriscaped with rock. 

They must be 4 bed 3 bath or larger and in Lake Arrow head road area. ( the Radisson resort is my favorite ).Flash back I was actually a young kid bartending and was on Hard Rocks Opening staff down there in Myrtle Beach...Now 20 years later still talking about Mrtyle Beach Alex
