Renting out my house with an unfinished yard

Looking for some advice! Here's some context in the beginning leading into my concern.

I'm living in my house right now with my primary residence year ending in a few days. I've been renting out the other bedrooms while living here. My plan is to move out at the end of the year since that's when their leases are ending and rent the house out as a whole.

My concern is I have a large backyard, and most of it is sand. I had some functional landscaping done recently with a retaining wall, and swells for water flow since it's a sloping backyard. But that was functional. Although it looks great, it doesn't cover my entire backyard.

Generally speaking, should I be concerned about people wanting to rent my entire property if my yard is mostly sand? I know it's probably going to cost a good amount to have pea gravel spread out all over my yard. If there's any cost effective options that are low maintenance I'm on board with it. And I know everybody is different, but I want to create good leads for when I post my ad up for this house.

Thanks
