Hello fellow investors!

Currently researching Little Rock as an OOS investment location for me. I am curious if anyone has experience they can share with me about any of these 3 Property management companies. Thank you!

Companies are:

Real property Management

Evernest Property Management

Hoffman Real Estate Team

The Lasley Company

Thank you ahead of time, also if you are an agent/investor/manager/contractor in the area feel free to connect with me!

@Allen Parker I used to oversee operations for Evernest in their Colorado market and know the team down in Arkansas very well. Feel free to DM me if you're seriously considering them as your PM partner.

RPM is a national franchise and in my experience, the quality of service greatly depends on how long the individual franchise has been in the market.

I'm not familiar with the other two so I assume they're only local.

Everything has trade offs! Generally speaking, cheaper management means you may have to manage them more closely and deal with some headaches. Local smaller companies tend to be more expensive but less of a headache. Generally speaking!
