i am not a lawyer but.. and no there is no..no.. they cant do a payment plan but they will absolutely take what ever you can pay them and make you think they can. it would slow down the law suit or the sale may be days or weeks at best.

That being said, If your policy does not have a Tenant Damage Exclusion, there can be a grey area where the Vandalism damage stops and normal wear and tear damage starts.
