Question on back taxes

Can a property owner with back taxes work out a payment plan on back taxes? The property is supposed to go the the tax sell In less than a month? 

The property is in Texas

find a company that finances property taxes, they don't even do a credit check.. tons of them out there, shop hard

 Absolutely, counties do payment plans. There is no law that governs when or how long the country waits To began a Tax Sale. Some wait a year and some may wait a decade
