The sections on accelerated depreciation, 1031 exchanges and retirement funds are absolute gold! 

Since no one at the branches or mid-level knew the story regarding this stipulation, calling to the top of the management chain revealed I can only choose from a list of 5-6 bank-approved contractors that I can have do the work FOR ME.

- a very non-scientific way to check - and a friend of my suggested this to me, which i love is - Check and see how close the property is to a Target, or Publix - some sort of higher end type of chain.

Wholesaler should put you on email chain or some other communication with attorney so y'all can discuss title, ALTA, closing date/time and wiring instructions.
