The Book on Advanced Tax Strategies
I am so excited about The Book on Advanced Tax Strategies. I pre-ordered a few weeks ago, and to my understanding, it comes out today. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get access once it is released? I ordered the whole package, so should have audio and digital version soon. Just wanted to know if anyone knows how I will get it, or how can I access it? Thanks!

Well, finally had a chance to finish the book and let me tell you, it is PACKED with great information to help just about every real estate investor save money on their taxes. The sections on accelerated depreciation, 1031 exchanges and retirement funds are absolute gold! Well worth the money! Definitely pick up a copy as I highlighted a LOT of information I will be using in the future!
