Hello, I’m 14 years old and preparing for my future.

REI was one of them but due to financial issues I had to postpone my dreams of investing in real estate, fast foward to now Im a local CDL truck driver and in a position where I can start planning again for the future to finally become a RE Investor.

Is there any ways I can have the property listed now and have schedule viewing for future prospective tenant?

All i could say is first need to do your research, you need to know the market status on your area, trends, and also if you could utilize the power of internet, like make an announcement on facebook or just create a website, forthomebuyers is doing the same thing and they focus their market on Texas.

Maybe ill see you at one or two in the near future.

I will keep that in mind for future.

Seems to be a great market down here - looking to get my first property in the near future.

It has also kept me in touch with local economic trends that look like they could evolve into new ways to capitalize on the properties I already own.
