@Todd PlambeckYou may have picked a poor analogy ... my neighbour has chickens, so I just go next door when I need fresh eggs ;) I understand your explanation, my curiosity and amazement arises from the observation that wholesaling seems to survive due to market inefficiency. ... and where does the "bird dogger" end and the "wholesaler" begin?

first Impressions are everything and when people walk  in smelling fresh carpet and fresh paint, you will get a higher rent, but if you put in the carpet while your current tenants live there, when they go to vacate you can't say New Carpet...It is just food for thought...

Every time she heard my country english she would sit me down with a nice cookie and give me an english lesson, She finally caught on after while that many of my errors occurred just shortly after she had baked some treat and then she would reward me with a treat if she hadn't heard any horrible farm boy english.
