Look into loans that cater to investors, and consider speaking with a financial advisor about leveraging your stock investments.Property Type: Single-family homes or small multifamily units (like duplexes or triplexes) are often a good starting point for first-time real estate investors.

So, like many business”deductions” that really aren’t; dubious classifications of income; and “creative timing” of transactions, it works - until it doesn’t. 

I know it seems hard and it will take time but take full advantage of the 30 day trial. 

We self-managed 20 properties while working 2 full time corporate jobs pretty easily.  

It's pretty obvious that they want money, but I guess how much, only time will tell.

I decided that was too high at the time.

@Miriam B.yes Jack is currently a member of my land investing group so I communicates with him there and he answers questions about his training products and raw land investing in general when he has time.
