A commercial broker should be able to give you this info fairly easily.

I’m really not bringing much to the table on this one, but I’d like to make sure whatever I get out of it (if anything) is fair for everyone involved.

They tend to be about regulations, laws, and taxes.The other one is fairly new, and currently meets at the Grata Lounge (6891 A st.) on the 2nd Monday of the month.

It is definately hard to pay a fair price for houses that just come on the market.

You're just asking for trouble letting that one slide.  10 1 beds you should be able to do for $10k-15k each assuming they're fairly small and you can get some bulk pricing and such. 

I guess what I can add to the community, and not come empty handed, is that I am a very handy person and I have had my fair share of home repairs and additions. 

Good luck giving them fair weighting. 

I am looking for someone knowledgeable in the topic, that might help or partner -- I have a fair amount of RE experience, but have not done acreage development / parcel splits, or related, and am just getting to know the area.       

It's a fairly quick run through with a good ballpark rehab price.
