Hello my name is Lawrece and I am new to real estate investing. I have been doing a lot of research and I recently purchased a single family in the STL market as my first investment. I am planning in the near future to buy in Nebraska. I am a licensed attorney (Missouri) and look forward to hopefully working with and learning from members.
